SHIPPING

MARGOSI offers the following types of shipping to USA and Canada:

Please Note: All sales on clearance and sale goods are a final sale and not subject to returns or exchanges.  

STANDARD SHIPPING

FREE on all orders shipping to continental United States, APO/FPO, P.O. boxes.  For our standard free shipping, shipping takes between 3-6 business days, after allowing for the 1-2 day order processing window. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, shipping fees will be charged at checkout. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery are charged at checkout. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.   

International orders are not eligible for:

  • Free Shipping
  • Free Returns

 

Please note orders may be delivered by FedEx, UPS or the USPS.

RETURNS

We will gladly offer a refund or exchange your items if they are returned within 30 days of purchase in an unworn, original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unworn on the outsole or unused and in the same condition that you received it, return must also include the Margosi brand dust-bag.    

All returns incur a $7.50 charge when the pre-paid label is used, this charge will be deducted from your refund when we receive your return. We currently do not offer prepaid returns for orders coming from Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, and kindly ask customers to arrange for their own return labels. 

If you receive your order in separate packages, you can still send back all your items in one box, using just the one pre-paid label provided.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are easy and simple, send an email initiating the intent to exchange, we will respond and send the replacement with a shipping label for the returned item.
